Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the career closet?
Thanks to our generous campus and local communities, the Nazareth College career closet, through the Center For Life's Work, provides students with free, professional clothing needed for interviews, internships, job fairs, networking opportunities, award events, and community site placements. You're ready to pursue your life's work, we're here to help you dress the part.
  • How do I donate to the Career Closet?
Donations can be arranged by emailing careercloset@naz.edu. Please note that we are currently managing a large inventory and may require a delay before we're able to accept additional donations.
  • Can I try on clothing before taking it?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are not allowing students to try on the clothing beforehand. However, students are more than welcome to return clothing that doesn't fit them!
  • Does the Career Closet carry clothing in my size?
The career closet strives to be size inclusive and offers a variety of clothing in a wide range of sizes. If, by chance, we don't have something in your size, please let us know so we can expand our offerings!
  • Am I allowed to keep the clothes?
Absolutely! Please feel free to keep whatever clothing you need. However, if you no longer need the items you've borrowed, please return to GAC 104 or email careercloset@naz.edu to arrange a pickup.
  • Can faculty and staff utilize the Career Closet?
Of course! We're here to help the entire Nazareth community, including faculty and staff!
